This image was made behind the hospital. The white rope lighting that tops the fence around the community garden is a bit too bright in this image. It commands too much attention in the frame (the brightest object usually does) and it should not be the main focus of the image. This image was also made with the camera on a tripod (though about 5 feet off of the ground) with a relatively small aperture setting to give the star burst effect.
