The orange and black work well together in this composition. I like the uneven fill of the orange. I can tell that the painter at first wanted to have a solid orange but changed his (probably but maybe her) mind and change to the sloppier, less even fill. It makes me wonder why the change - Was he running low on paint? Was he afraid of being arrested?
